ANCHASL Continuing Education Award: Fall 2018 Meeting

Please complete the following application to apply for a scholarship to attend the ANCHASL Fall 2018 Meeting, which will be held November 9, 2018 at the Southern Regional AHEC in Fayetteville, NC. Continuing education awards are limited to one award, per applicant, per calendar year. Award recipients will be required to submit a brief report on their experiences via a form.

The deadline to apply is 12 PM Eastern on October 25, 2018.
