Innovation Fair Location:  McKimmon Center
 
Set up:            7:00 AM - 8:00 AM - October 20, 2016
Take down:     6:00 PM - 7:30 PM - October 20, 2016  (No early take-down please)

CALS staff will be on hand to help with move-in and move-out. Each exhibit will have the use of one eight foot table.

Dress:  Business, business casual, or program logo-wear

Admission to event: Each exhibit will receive two tickets to the conference.
 
Staffing:  Exhibitors are asked to have someone at their exhibit whenever the Innovation Fair is open to network with conference attendees.  Exhibitors are encouraged to attend sessions.  Please feel free to bring colleagues or students to assist in staffing the exhibit so you can rotate shifts during lunch and reception, but make sure to submit their names.
 
Prizes:  The first, second and third place winners will be announced at the conference reception.  Prizes will be awarded based on visual and/or interactive appeal, with additional consideration given for interdisciplinary collaboration and the impact of the research. The judging panel will be comprised of members of the NC Agricultural & Life Sciences Research Foundation Board of Directors.
