To register your child for this program:
1. Complete the online registration below.
2. Complete 4-H Enrollment, Medical Release, and Vehicle Waiver Forms.  After you pay, you will receive an email with
             instructions on how to complete this information.
3. Send your payment (check or money order payable to Guilford County). Registration is NOT complete
            without payment and your space will not be held. ALL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. There is a $25 fee for returned
            checks. Unfortunately, we cannot accept cash or credit/debit cards.

Please help us ensure a safe learning environment for everyone:
Please review the 4-H Code of Conduct and the 4-H Dress Code with your child.
Please adhere to the specific age limits. Age limits are set reflecting developmental comprehension activities.
Please speak directly to Peggie/Sadie if your child has any allergies. Also indicate on medical release form.
Parents/Guardians are asked to enter the building to sign campers in and out each day.
        Please wear closed toe shoes and tie back long hair.

Camp drop-off and pick-up is at the Guilford County Agricultural Center at 3309 Burlington Road, Greensboro 27405
This class will be in the Barn Meeting Room on the east side of the main building.
Please ensure campers arrive and are picked up on time.
Camps are offered on a first come, first serve basis and space is limited.
