Local Meat Series Registration

Davidson County Cooperative Extension, along with NC Choices, will host a workshop series for consumers about how to handle and prepare local meat. Workshops will be monthly from 9 a.m. until 12 p.m. on the first Thursdays starting in September and will include the following meats: Chicken, Pork, Additional Poultry, and Beef. Session topics will include food safety, butcher demonstrations, cooking demonstrations, and more!

Space is limited! You must pre-register. Registration and payment is due one week before each session. The cost is $20 per session.
