4-H Club Leader Interest Meeting
Please use this form to register for the 4-H Club Leader Interest Meeting that will be held at the N.C. Cooperative Extension, Forsyth County Center (1450 Fairchild Rd, W-S 27105) on September 19 from 6:00-7:00 PM. If you would like to bring your own dinner, please feel free to do so.

At this meeting, 4-H staff will talk about the steps to becoming a 4-H club leader and creating a 4-H club. We will talk about the benefits and challenges of leading a club and how to engage other parents and youth in the process.

Attendance at this meeting does not commit you to becoming a club leader. It will help you decide if creating a 4-H club might work for you and your family and provide you with a forum to ask questions of our 4-H staff and other volunteers.

Childcare will not be available at this meeting. Club leaders must be 21 years old, so all meeting attendees must be 21 years old or older.

Each attendee should register individually. If you represent a group of attendees or are planning to attend as a couple, please make sure that each attendee registers. We need to make sure that we have enough seating and materials for everyone.
