A collaborative effort of Horticultural Science, Crop and Soil Sciences, Poultry Science, Animal Science, and Plant and Microbial Biology at North Carolina State University.
Empowers high school math, science, and technology educators with the knowledge, skills, and hands-on curricular activities to teach North Carolina Standards for Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Science, and Common Core Math concepts in an agricultural context.
This is an all-expense paid, residential, 3-day workshop hosted on North Carolina State University’s campus that will provide immersive and research-focused experiences in plant, animal, and soil sciences for secondary technology, science, and math educators.
Grow Academy will take place July 17th-19th.
