Currituck County Center of North Carolina Cooperative Extension is inviting you to join the Currituck Maintain, Don’t Gain! Holiday Challenge. Rather than focusing on the nearly impossible task of losing weight through the Holiday season, participants will focus on maintaining their weight. The challenge will begin November 17th and end January 25th. Each week participants will complete their weigh in form on-line and will receive encouraging e-mails, recipes and holiday tips to help maintain the waist line. Those who complete the challenge by weighing in every week will receive a Holiday challenge goodie!
