Collapse ▲Our annual Twilight Apple Tour is scheduled for May 7, 2019, at Stepp’s Hillcrest Orchards in Edneyville. Please plan on joining us beginning at 5:30 p.m. as we will hear updates from our NC State apple team including Drs. Tom Kon, Sara Villani, Mike Parker, and Jim Walgenbach. After an update in the orchard, we will have a sponsored supper.
Call Ivy or Emily at our office (697-4891) if you plan to attend so we can get a head count for supper. There is a lot to be thinking about in this critical time of the season, so please be on hand to get the latest information on how the bloom and fruit set period has shaped up and what we can look forward to between now and harvest. This is always a great event to spend time with our apple team and learn the latest developments for the industry.
