Event Details

When: October 1, 2019

Where: Chatham County Agriculture and Conference Center

Time: Doors open up at 8 a.m. We should conclude our tour at approximately 4 p.m.

Cost: $35.00 per person. Tickets can be purchased online or at our office.

Tickets must be purchased in advance. 

Tickets will not be available the day of the tour.

Schedule for the Day (Times are Approximate)

8–8:15 a.m. Check-in at the Chatham County Agriculture and Conference Center.

(Please enter through the main front entrance).

After checking in, please enjoy a light breakfast in the conference center.

8:15–8:30 a.m. Meet the Agents and staff from N.C. Cooperative Extension, Chatham County Center.

8:30 a.m. We will board the buses for our first 2 stops.

8:50–11:15 a.m. We will visit each business for approximately 1 hour each.

11:30 a.m. We will have a catered lunch featuring food that was grown or raised in Chatham County.

12:30 p.m. Short presentation from N.C. Cooperative Extension, Chatham County Center agents and staff.

12:50 p.m. We will board the bus to visit our last 2 stops.

1:15–3:30 p.m. We will visit each business for approximately 1 hour each.

4 p.m. Return to the Chatham County Agriculture and Conference Center.
