Currituck County 4-H is hosting a one day Happy Trails Horse Camp from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Friday, December 20, 2019. So, bundle up and come hang out at the barn for the afternoon. Camp activities include grooming tips, riding, and having fun! The camp will be held at the CCRC (Currituck County Rural Center) located at 184 Milburn Sawyer Rd. in Powells Point, NC and is open to youth ages 8-14. The cost is $5.00 per youth and each participant will need to wear closed-toe shoes and warm clothes.
Pre-registration and payment are required by December 14. You may register online at https://go.ncsu.edu/happytrailsdaycamp or by contacting the N.C. Cooperative Extension, Currituck County Center at 252-232-2261. Payment can be made in person or by mailing a check made payable to “Currituck County” to 120 Community Way, Barco, NC 27917.
Please note that registration is not complete until payment is received and the participant has been enrolled in 4HOnline for the 2019 calendar year. 4HOnline.
