Camden County 4-H’s creative writing contest is open to all High School students (current 9-12th graders). The theme of your essay will be “How has COVID-19 affected you?” Your essay must be between 200-500 words. The winning essay will be published in the Daily Advance and prizes will be awarded as follows:

1st: Wireless Skullcandy Headphones and a copy of “Dare to Write: Creative Writing Prompts for Young People and Word Rebels Everywhere”

2nd: A wireless Bluetooth speaker and a copy of “Dare to Write: Creative Writing Prompts for Young People and Word Rebels Everywhere”

3rd: A copy of “Dare to Write: Creative Writing Prompts for Young People and Word Rebels Everywhere”

Please register through Eventbrite at go.ncsu.edu/creativewriting2020 and email all entries to Marcia Berry at marcia_berry@ncsu.edu by May 15, 2020, at 5 p.m.
