Below are some COVID-19 Food Safety Resources from NC State University. This list is intended to provide management options by which the safety of workers can be enhanced to prevent spread of COVID-19 as it relates to produce farms, migrant farmworkers, food processing facilities, and food safety information for farmers markets, U-Pick, farm stands, and washing produce. These recommendations should be viewed in addition to existing worker safety and health plans required by the NC Department of labor.
