Recruitment for the 2021 Regional Chicken Project is now underway. If you have youth (5-18 years old) interested in learning more about chickens, chicken production or chicken showmanship, please consider registering for this contest! There will be two laying hen breeds to choose from this year:  California Whites for white egg layers and Rhode Island Reds for brown eggs. You may also choose to raise/show broilers.
