Cooperative Extension at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University is conducting a statewide program needs assessment to determine how to best support the people of North Carolina in the areas of youth development, agriculture and natural resources, community and rural development, and family and consumer sciences, and has hired Thomas P. Miller and Associates (TPMA), an Indianapolis based firm, to do the work.

Please participate in the brief survey linked below to tell us about your community’s strengths, areas of need, and your recommendations for improvement in these education areas. Your important feedback will be shared with the N.C. A&T State University faculty to enhance their research efforts and will help Cooperative Extension at N.C. A&T State University plan for future services and initiatives.
