Are you in need of food assistance or are looking for resources available in Granville & Vance Counties? The Working On Wellness (WOW) Coalition has a Food Security & Nutrition subcommittee that has been working together to put together the most updated list of food resources and food pantries available in the area.
A food pantry is a community food resource. Food pantries can be churches or non-profit organizations. They receive food from the Food Bank to be distributed directly to members of the community. When you get food at a food pantry, you do not have to pay because food pantries provide a limited amount of food to individuals and families facing emergencies.
