Did you know we have a cooking show?!!

Throughout the year, our Family & Consumer Sciences Agent, Hayley Cowell partners with Stanly Community College to create educational cooking shows just for you! These shows have covered topics such as cooking with an instant pot, eating more vegetables, stir-frying, and home food preservation…just to name a few!

To visit these shows, you can watch on the local Stanly County channel (channel 21) or visit the StanlyTV Extension in the Kitchen Youtube page. We even share them via our Facebook page as soon as they are created so make sure to follow us at North Carolina Cooperative Extension – Stanly County Center.

Lastly, we want to make sure we are provided you with what you need from this show. So, please share your input on what types of recipes, ingredients, cooking techniques, etc you would like to see us bring to the show in the future by completing this short survey. If at any time you think of something you want to share, feel free to complete this survey!

If you have any questions regarding the show or recipes demonstrated, please reach out to our Family & Consumer Sciences Agent, Hayley Cowell at hayley_cowell@ncsu.edu or 704-983-3987.
