Due to overwhelming popular demand, the N.C. Cooperative Extension, Henderson County Center will be hosting another adult nutrition and cooking series!

The Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP) will provide a series of adult classes that focus on different aspects of healthy lifestyles: using fresh produce, kitchen safety, basic culinary skills, saving money at the store, finding affordable fresh local produce, physical activity, and more!

This series is completely FREE so there’s no reason not to join in on the fun!
