White mushrooms grow on the side of a tree.This workshop will cover all aspect of Shiitake and Blue Oyster Mushroom production and will include “hands on experience” where individuals will inoculate and bring home their own logs.

For demonstration purposes, we ask that you bring 5 logs. Preferably red, white oak or sweet gum that are 4” – 8” in diameter and 4’ ft. long bar intact. Logs need to be cut no more than two weeks before the workshop.
