The spring 2023 Private Pesticide Applicator “V” Safety Recertification class has been scheduled for February 9, 2023 starting at 6 p.m., at the N.C. Cooperative Extension, Yancey County Center (located at 30 E HWY 19E Bypass Rd., Burnsville NC).
Who Should Attend?
Any N.C. private pesticide applicator needing to obtain “V” credits is welcome to attend. Any applicator in Yancey County whose private applicator license is expiring December 31, 2023 and that has not already obtained 2.0 hours of “V” credits in the last 3 years should plan to attend. Remember that failing to obtain the required “X” and “V” credits prior to September of the recertification year, prior to the license expiration date, will have to retest in order to renew their license in the future.
