Southern Farm Show
The Southern Farm Show takes place at the NC State Fairgrounds each January. The show hosts key industry events, and is known as the region’s annual meeting place for farmers and agricultural leaders.  This show is for farmers, as well as allied professionals including landscapers and excavation contractors. To learn more about this event visit (https://southernshows.com/sfs).

This year the Caldwell Farm Bureau is chartering a bus for Caldwell farmers and residents to attend the show. The bus will depart the Wal-Mart Parking lot in Granite Falls at 6:00am, Wednesday, January 30, 2019. There will be a biscuit and water or soft drink available on the bus. Lunch will be on your own. We will depart from the NC State Fairgrounds in Raleigh at 3:00pm and expect to arrive back at the Wal-Mart parking lot at 6:00pm.
The Caldwell Extension Center (https://caldwell.ces.ncsu.edu) is partnering with the Caldwell Farm Bureau to help coordinate this trip. This is a no-cost offer. The Southern Farm Show is free and the transportation is provided. If you have questions contact the Caldwell Extension Center (828-757-1290) or email (seth_nagy@ncsu.edu).
