Please fill out this google form and then mail your check to Caldwell Extension Center, 120 Hospital Ave NE. Suite 1, Lenoir NC 28645. Checks should be made to Caldwell Ag Development Fund. Minimum donation is $5 per pound. Cash accepted at the office.

Pick Up: Monday, December 10 (12pm-5pm at the Caldwell Extension Center)

Whole hog sausage is a tradition in Southern kitchens. Although it is often cooked in sausage patties it works equally well in casseroles, appetizers, or even mix with hamburger for a special treat.

This sausage is from locally raised hogs that are ground and vacuum-sealed into one-pound packages. Sausage will arrive frozen and can be safely stored in your freezer for up to one year. Call 828.757.1290 for additional information.
