You can set up an additional phone and enable Single Number Reach so that when someone calls your company phone, your additional phone also rings.

Note: You must have this service enabled to use it.

  1.  In the myphone Self Care Portal, click the Phones tab.
  2. In the left navigation pane, click My Phones.
  3. In the Additional Phones section, click on the phone number you’d like to use for Single Number Reach and then click Edit.
  4. Check the Enable Single Number Reach checkbox in the Edit Additional Phone window.

  5. The screen will now show the additional option to create a schedule for this assignment.
  6. Click the Add icon, and then the Add a New Schedule window will be displayed.
  7. Configure your schedule and click Save when finished.
