Please complete the following form to sign up for the Safe Plate Course. Registration of this form does not secure a space for the session until registration fee is paid. Deadline to register is October 24th to allow materials to be ordered. Registration is
$140 for books, exams, and any additional educational materials. You may call office at
(704) 878-3157 for more information. Participant must pay with cash or check to Iredell County. Please mail check to Iredell County Center at the address below.
Classes are on Monday October 30th and Monday November 6th from 8:30 am till 5 pm with Review and Exam on November 6th. The class and testing will be held at the Iredell County Center at 444 Bristol Dr, Statesville, NC 28677
