Please enter your registration information below including Age Category, Dish Category, Title of Dish, and Recipe.

Registration is due by January 11, 2019 at 5:00PM.

The contest will be judged in categories by judges who were specifically asked to judge at Achievement Program.  All entries must be in place by 6:00 on January 25th so we can begin on time.  You will check in at the kitchen as you arrive and be told where to go with your entry.

There are no restrictions on how many entries you can have in a each category.  But only use 1 form per entry, If you need to fill out more than one form, please do so.

All entries that are judged MUST BE ENTERED ONLINE BY THE 11th.  If they are not, they CANNOT be judged.
