We aim to promote health and well-being across the adult lifespan through psychological science.
 Daily Well-Being Lab Fall 2023
We are currently engaged in studies focused on the dynamic interplay of individual differences and contextual changes associated with health and well-being on a daily basis. We seek to examine individual and daily characteristics that address the following question: For whom and under which circumstances are health and well-being optimized (or not)?
Our research focuses on three broad topics:
Daily events (e.g., stressors, activities) and their associations with affect, physical health, and memory across the adult lifespan using daily diary designs
Individual differences in reactivity to various types of stressors (e.g., naturally-occurring, laboratory-induced)
Statistical techniques for examining change and intraindividual variability
