Winton, NC Farmers Market

Welcome to the Winton Farmers Market

The Winton Farmers Market was created in 2012 by a group of local farmers who wanted to open a market in Winton, North Carolina. The Farmers Market committee is made up of representatives from Hertford County Cooperative Extension, the Town of Winton, and local food producers. The start up for this market was obtained through grant funding from the Community Transformation Program (CTP). CTP endorses active living, tobacco free areas, and healthy eating.

Currently the Winton Farmers Market is open from the first Friday in May until the Friday before Thanksgiving from 3:00 pm until 6:00 pm. The Market is located beside the Town of Winton's maintenance facility on 205 South Main Street
