2024 EMFV Cohort Interest Form
We are excited to host an Extension Master Food Volunteer training in 2024! Please fill out this form to express your interest in joining the EMFV program in Lee County. There are two opportunities on February 1st to attend an in-person interest meeting where we will dive deeper into what it means to be an EMFV, the expected responsibilities & the level of commitment from volunteers and program managers, including a time to ask any questions. If unable to attend the interest meeting, we encourage you to still express your interest in applying through this form. We will follow-up to make sure you have no further questions.

The official application will be made available after the interest meeting through pickup at the Extension Center during business hours and will be open until March 1st.

Before filling out this form, please review the training and volunteer commitments including the important dates for application and training: Lee County Extension Master Food Volunteers
