2024 Med Instead of Meds at YMCA

Please complete this form to sign up for the Med Instead of MEDS class that will be held at the Harrison Family YMCA in Rocky Mounty. You do not have to be a member of the YMCA to attend this class. The registration fee for this class is $25.00. Please make checks payable to Edgecombe Extension Fund and mail you registration fee to Edgecombe Extension Office PO Box 129 Tarboro, NC 17886. We must receive your payment by February 27, 2024 for you to be registered to attend this class.
