Bread Baking 101

This class will teach you all about the ingredients used in bread baking. Participants will get hands on experience making diffeent types of breads and will learn the steps to making sourdough bread. The class is scheduled for Thursday, October 13, 2022 at Edgecombe Cooperative Extension Center located at 201 St. Andrew St. Tarboro, NC 27886. The registration fee for the program is $10.00 per participant and must be recieved at our office by Thursday, October 6, 2022 in order for you to be registered for the class.
