This class will prepare you for the Food Manager Certification test/Esta clase es para prepararlo para el examen de Protección de Alimentos.

About this event

This class and test are in Spanish only.

ServSafe is the program used for this class and test which is approved by ANSI (American National Standards Institution). If passing the exam, your certification meets the FDA 2017 Food Code and North Carolina Food Code.

You can take the class and test (book and exam sheet included), or the test only. Register by clicking on the "Tickets" button. When selecting payment, click on "Check" for both check and cash options.

NOTE: There are two (2) days of class, February 21 and 28, and the test will be on March 7. Space for exam only is limited.

PAYMENT

Credit Card: You can pay with a Credit Card through the Eventbrite registration.

Check & Cash: Indicate in the registration you will pay with check (same as cash) and make it to OC Cooperative Extension. Mail or bring your check by 5:00 pm, February 15, to the following address:

Esta clase y examen son del programa de ServSafe, el cual está aprobado por ANSI (American National Standards Institution). La certificación que recibirá, si pasa el examen, cumple con los requisitos del Código de Alimentos Federal del 2017 y del estado Carolina del Norte.

Puede tomar la clase y el examen (incluye materiales) o solo el examen. Presione el botón que dice "Tickets" para apuntarse. Seleccione"Check" para pagar en cheque o cash.
