Completing your Brickyard Account Setup 

  1. Your Brickyard account was created automatically after you and your student completed the Cheer Camp application.
  2. An email from ‘enrollment@ncsu.edu’ should have been sent to the Parent Email Address. This email contains your username (email address) and a link to set your password. (Jump to screenshot)
  3. From the email, select the blue link to Set Password. This will take you to the password reset page.
  4. If you did not immediately set up your password, click the Forgot Password link on the login page to receive a new password reset email.

Logging Into REPORTER

  1. Once you have set your password, you may log in by going to go.ncsu.edu/reporter.
  2. Locate the login pane on the right and click the grey button for Brickyard Login (grey button). Enter your email address and new password to log in. (Jump to example)
  3. You will then be dropped on your REPORTER dashboard, where you can find the Cheer Camp in the Upcoming Youth Activities section.

Selecting the Youth Activities Link

  1. On the REPORTER dashboard, select Youth Activities near the middle.
  2. You will next be taken to the Youth Center page, where you can manage your family(editing or adding).
  3. You also have the option to select Upcoming Youth Activities and Applications.  

Paying for Camp Registration - Desktop

  1. Select the green Pay button to the right of the activity’s title -- if no button is visible, no further payment is needed.  
  2. Select Pay with Credit Card. (Jump to example)
  3. You will then be guided through our secure payment processor screens to confirm your total, enter your credit card information and billing address, and confirm your payment.
  4. Once payment is complete, you will be brought to the Order Summary page, where you will receive an updated receipt via email. You can then submit the required forms.

Paying for Camp Registration - Mobile

  1. On your REPORTER dashboard, locate the My Activities button. Then select the Youth Activities icon.
  2. You should see the registered Youth Activity with the Pay button below. Select Pay.
  3. Select Pay with Credit Card. (Jump to example)
  4. You will then be guided through our secure payment processor screens to confirm your total, enter your credit card information and billing address, and confirm your payment.
  5. Once payment is complete, you will be brought to the Order Summary page, where you will receive an updated receipt via email. You can then submit the required forms.

Filling Out Your Child’s Forms/Waivers

  1. From the main Reporter page, select the Youth Activites tile.
  2. In the Youth Activites page look at the Upcoming Youth Activities section and select View/Edit Form. Continue to fill out the required forms for this activity.
  3. Click on each form and fill out the necessary information. At the end of each form, type your name in the Signature field and click Submit to save it. Repeat this process for each form in your list.

        You have now completed registration and are ready for camp.

If you need to pay the registration fee for a youth activity, you can find the pay option under your dashboard’s Upcoming Youth Activities section.

Filling Out Your Child’s Forms/Waivers from the Homepage

You may be required to complete forms on your child’s behalf as part of their registration for a youth activity. After registration, you can complete the necessary forms starting at the Youth Activites tile at Homepage, as shown below

  2. On the Order Summary page - click the blue Complete Required Forms button and You can also fill out the forms by clicking the Home button on the left-hand menu. Then, locate the Upcoming Youth Activities section on the dashboard and select the View/Edit Forms button to the right of the activity title—jump to How to fill out forms from the Homepage.
