Reminder: Do NOT place any nails, staples, or screws into the stalls. Make sure to post your current Coggin’s report on your stall door.
**There are no entries in the Non-Trotting or Adaptive Rider divisions. Therefore, we will begin at 9 a.m. on Saturday, in the Covered Arena.
Schooling Times for MAIN Arena
***NO JUMPING unless a supervisor is signed up and present! Come sign up at the office if you willing to be an adult supervisor.***
Silent Auction for Billy Murray Scholarship
Bring items into the main arena on Friday (5 p.m.-7 p.m.) or Saturday (8 a.m.-10 a.m.).
PLEASE FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS FOR CHECKING IN & OBTAINING YOUR SHOW PACKET.
COGGINS CHECK
- Under the covered arena near barns E & F unless raining.
- Come to Main Arena if raining.
- Come to office if coming on Sat. or Sun.
- Bring your horse & a PAPER copy of Coggins.
PACKETS
- Receive your show packet after Coggins check.
- These have your back number!
HORSES GO TO STALLS
- Get your stalls set up if you are staying
- Need extra shavings? Let the office know & pay there.
RIDING RULES
- You MUST wear your back number if mounted on a horse.
- Adults are NOT allowed to be on a horse.
- Schooling times are available for the Main Arena on Friday night & Saturday morning for over-fence courses & flat work.
- If no supervisor is on duty, no jumping is
allowed for safety reasons. - Main Arena will close at 8 p.m. on Friday night due to facility rules.
OFFICE HOURS
- Friday: 12 p.m.-8 p.m.
- Saturday: 7 a.m.-7 p.m.
- Sunday: 7 a.m.-until
