Registration Fee (fee covers the 7th edition textbook, test answer sheet, handouts, and refreshments):

For exam only - $50
Registration deadline is October 13, 2023. Fee must be paid (cash, check, or money order; checks and money orders made payable to Bladen Extension) to reserve spot in training and is on a first-come basis. There are no refunds, but substitutions may be made by the registrant in advance of the first day of class.
