This form is intended for those who are interested in having their farm, agribusiness, restaurant, nursery, winery,  or farm stand on the Visit NC Farms mobile app. If it is grown, raised, caught, made, or experienced in North Carolina, there is a space for you on the app! Please note, there is a $50 annual subscription fee. Subscription fees will be billed annually. Please complete the information below:

Please write the hours visitors can visit your farm/business. We recommend stating "Please call ahead" or "Check website for current hours" if your hours change often (e.g. "Open April - June. M-F 9am - 5pm or "By appointment only").
