Welcome to Camden County 4-H Summer Fun!!!!  Complete the form below and check programs you wish to attend.  Payment is due within a week of signing up for a program.  We accept cash or check/money order.  Payments can be mailed to Camden 4-H, 120 NC Highway 343 North, Camden, NC  27921 or hand delivered to our office.  Space is limited for programs so sign up soon!

Once you have submitted this form you have 8 business days to complete your 4HOnline registration. Your spot is confirmed when the 4HOnline registration is completed. Space is limited and available on a first come, first serve basis.
