Power Supply Workshop and Microcontroller Introduction
 
* Join us for a 2 hour workshop with dinner provided 6:00-8:00PM, Wednesday 3/20/2019 in Engineering Building II, 1025 *


Receive a hands-on deep dive into TI WEBENCH tool to understand how to quickly create power supply designs and what to do with them.  Learn how to create a power supply for a low power microcontroller project, skills students will need in the industry. Gain insight into the very important topic of power and how it relates to applications. Then learn how to program the MSP430 microcontroller and create a simple battery powered project.

Participants will need to bring a laptop with Chrome browser.
        - Please note, depending on your OS you may need to install the drivers
        - In Windows, Energia must be installed to a path without spaces in order to function properly.
