9	SUPPLEMENTAL FEES
10	Premium Processing fee (I-907)	$2,805	Optional fee to reduce standard USCIS processing to 15 business days; available for H-1Bs, TN, E-3s, O-1s and some I-140 petitions. If this payment is split between multiple parties, the total $2,805 must be on one check.	Anyone can pay this optional fee, but if the sponsoring unit wants the employment to begin as quickly as possible, then it is encouraged to pay this fee

13	I-539	$470	Required for every change or extension of nonimmigrant status application filed by dependent family members who are physically present in the U.S. ($420 if filed online)	Applicant must pay; NC State (sponsoring unit) does not pay fees for dependent applications
